This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had in a store. I asked an employee for help finding an item because I had already looked and couldn’t find it. Instead of being helpful, he responded with attitude and said, “What, you wanted me to take you there?” My friend was with me and immediately noticed how rude he was being. The employee then continued following us around while we were trying to find the item. When I explained that I came to customer service specifically because I couldn’t locate it myself, he pointed to a product and sarcastically asked if it was right there. After checking the label, I realized it was the correct item, but his attitude throughout the entire interaction was unnecessary and unprofessional. What made the experience even worse was when I tried to explain the situation to another employee. Instead of taking my concerns seriously, she went over to the employee I was complaining about, and they started laughing together. Nothing about a customer complaint is funny. If a customer takes the time to explain that an employee is being rude, the professional response is to listen and address the issue, not laugh about it with coworkers. Anot

No hassle at all, enough parking. If u can't find what u r looking for, u can just ask and get help. The workers there are polite.

I went in today to buy a few things for the house and I got great advice and I wound up buying all kinds of items I wanted . I relied on the expertise and experience of Carla in the pro department. She is fantastic. I will be coming back here only. I don’t need the other guys down the street. She is terrific and outstanding.thank you Carla!

Ive never been helped more in any store than I was today from an employee named Giuseppe. He was honest to goodness a savior to my lost self in the aisle. Saved me time and money, very knowledgeable and kind. Cant say enough. Give this man a raise yall!

Yesterday me and my dad went in and we were having trouble finding a certain item when an employee by the name Betsy asked if she could help. She ended up helping us find the item and she was very patient with us and went above and beyond for us, Betsy’s customer service was perfect and she was wonderful. Keep it up!
